Shipping and Return PolicyWarrantyMokal warrants our products for one (1) year against defects in workmanship and quality to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferrable. Disposable items such as batteries, springs, o-rings and seals are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches or nicks resulting from misuse, poor handling, neglect, damage from incorrect disassembly or assembly. Any modifications to the marker will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover performance. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts. Any shipping costs related to warranty repair or replacement parts shall be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty repairFor warranty repair please call our customer service at (905) 625-7571 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Any marker returned without an RAN will be refused or returned at the senders expense. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please ensure that there is adequate insurance and have a tracking number in case it is lost by the shipping company. Mokal Inc. will not be responsible for items sent to us that are lost or damaged by the shipping company.ShippingWe ship by standard shipping by UPS for a flat fee of $20.00 within Canada and contiguous USA. Return policyWe will accept returns on unused items up to 14 days after you receive them. Mokal will not accept any item that has any cosmetic damage including but not limited to: scratches, nicks, damage from dissasembly or assembly, damage from misuse or mishandling.
